KIDS LEARN CYBERSAFETY

What is Cyberbullying?

  • Cyberbullying is when someone hurts you online, repeatedly and on purpose.

  • It happens in all corners of the internet, like games…

  • chat groups or direct messages…

  • or in comments sections on social media.

  • Cyberbullying causes anxiety and fear all the time, especially because online comments can follow you around anywhere, from school to home.

  • The worst part is, unless you tell or show someone, this bullying stays INVISIBLE!

  • Remember, if you ever experience cyberbullying or witness a friend being cyberbullied, you need to BLOCK, IGNORE, and REPORT this behaviour to an adult you trust.
