Where do you ship to?
We ship internationally from Singapore! Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout.
Please give us up to 3 working days to process your order. We will send you a confirmation email when your order has been shipped.
What payment systems do you accept?
We use Stripe to accept our online payments. Stripe allows us to accept payments from all major credit card companies.
We do not accept cash-on-delivery.
What is your refund policy?
We do not accept returns or refunds. All sales are final.
In the event that your particular item is not available anymore for exchange (i.e. sold out), we may advise you on other similar products of the same value or offer store credit.
We offer FREE exchange on items of the following conditions:
- Defective product(s);
- You’ve received the wrong item(s) than what you’ve purchased.
We do apologise sincerely for your experience and will pay for both the pick-up and delivery of the replacement item(s) at no extra cost. Please note that we may ask you to provide photographic evidence to qualify for the free exchange.
